Vinit provides hands-on engineering and technical advice, working with your team to design, build and improve software. Jan can join as an engineer, help make architecture decisions or guide the technical direction of a project.

When you need ongoing leadership, Jan can also take on a part-time role such as fractional CTO or IT management. The balance between implementation, advice and leadership depends on the work your organisation needs.

We agree on the scope, responsibilities and availability together, including decision-making authority where the role calls for it.

Vinit was founded by Jan de Vries. With over twenty years of software development experience, he combines technical depth with an understanding of business processes.

Jan works with customers, leadership and engineering teams to design, review and implement solutions. Security, quality and maintainability are part of the work from the outset.

He mentors engineers and shares practical knowledge through articles, videos and talks.
